FW: Tacoma Art Museum ARC Shifts for December

Hello ARC Volunteers!

Another plea for filling of ARC shifts…

Shifts open in December:

Tuesday afternoons from 1:30 – 5pm could use an additional support person with Nancy December 4, 11, 18 & 25

Friday mornings need a regularly scheduled back-up with Deborah 10 am – 1:30 pm December 7, 14, 21 & 28

Saturdays, December 8, 22 and 29 needs the afternoons filled 1:30 – 5 pm

Sunday, December 23, 12 – 5 pm

(Please note that these weekend shifts are not yet filled by anyone - which means that the doors will be shut and locked unless we can fill them. There are several of you who are not yet on the schedule for December so please consider helping out with one of these shifts.)

 

We have an ARC potluck meeting scheduled on Thursday, December 4 from 6 – 8 pm. Please RSVP if you are planning to attend. Suggestions for what to bring to the potluck? Potluck suggestions: main dishes or side dishes/salads are preferred.

First, a couple of reminders:

1) We have an ARC potluck meeting scheduled on Thursday, December 4 from 6 – 8 pm. Please RSVP if you are planning to attend. This will be our last meeting of 2007. The next meeting will be in March. Suggestions for what to bring to the potluck? Potluck suggestions: main dishes or side dishes/salads are preferred if you are vacillating between that or a dessert item. That worked out well last time so we will try it again.

Also, please let me know if there are any topics that you would like to see covered. So far, we are planning to talk about…

Another ARC book sale in Spring?

Review task list and look at progress, as well as, training needs

2) We are closed on Christmas Day, Tuesday, December 25. Happy Day!

Tacoma Art Museum ARC shift open

ARC Volunteers-

I have another shift that’s opened up…Friday, November 16, 10 am – 1:30 pm. If you can fill that slot, please let me know.

Also, I wanted to remind you that the ARC is having another potluck meeting on Tuesday, December 4 from 6 – 8 pm. This is the only meeting for the winter months, so please try to attend. The next meeting will be in late February or early March. Also, if you have any topics that you would like to see discussed at the December meeting, please let me know so that I can get it on the agenda.
