TAM ARC Volunteers: Need a volunteer for Wednesday, Feb 3

Hello ARC Volunteers-

I now need coverage for next Wednesday, February 3 from 1:30 – 5 pm.

Thanks for all of the offers to cover tomorrow’s shift – you are a great bunch!

Also, next Wednesday from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm is docent training / public program for The Secret Language of Animals. Feel free to join us and learn more about the exhibition.

Thursday 18^th, 1:30PM – 5:00PM (3^rd Thursday)

and

Friday 26^th, 1:30PM – 5:00PM

TAM ARC Volunteers: Can you work tonight?

I was remiss in checking the calendar and just realized that we are not covered for tonight’s 5 – 8 pm shift. If you can come in and work that, please let me know. Third Thursday is too busy between 5 – 8 pm to just forget about. Ugh!

TAM Volunteers: ARC Schedule January

Dear All,

 

For January we still need 2 shifts to be filled. Especially on the 3^rd Thursday, 21^st between 5:00PM and 9:00PM is still open.

Then we also have Sunday 31^st, between 10:00AM and 1:30PM open.

 

If anyone wants one of the above shifts then please send me an email or just reply to this one.

 

And remember, today January 9^th, we have the Coastal Native Celebration from 12:00PM to 3:30PM. Lots of activities here.

TAM ARC Volunteers: We need your help on January 23

Hello ARC Volunteers-

I am hoping that one or two of you might be willing to come in on January 23 from 6:30 – 8:45 pm during the opening to make the ARC a usable space that evening. We will have a family friendly animal concert from 5:30 – 6:30 pm that evening and we expect some family groups will use the ARC. Please let me know if you are available.
