TAM Volunteers: ARC needs a volunteer for May Third Thursday!

Hello ARC Volunteers-

I need a volunteer to cover the ARC on May Third Thursday: May 21 from 5 – 8 pm. This is traditionally a very busy time (and really helps our monthly stats!) so it would be great to have this covered. Please let me know if you can be here that evening.

I still have some other openings during May as well: May 14,  16, 17, 24, 25, 28, & 31. Please contact me to fill a shift.

TAM Volunteers: ARC Shifts for May

Hello ARC Volunteers-

There are quite a few shifts open for May so don’t be shy about signing up for more than 1!

Open shifts are as follows:

Sunday, May 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31             12 – 5 pm

Monday, May 25                                     10 am – 1:30 pm & 1:30 pm – 5 pm (this will be the only Monday that we will be open for the summer)

Tuesday, May 19 & 26                            10 am – 1:30 pm

Friday, May 1, 8 & 29                             10 am – 1:30 pm

Friday, May 8 & 22                                 1:30 pm – 5 pm

Saturday, May 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30              10 am – 1:30 pm & 1:30 pm – 5 pm

 

Please let me know if you are able to take on any of those shifts. If we do not have volunteers, the ARC doors do not open, as you know.

Tacoma Art Museum has another free festival day coming up and we are anticipating a crowd since David Macaulay will be here. I would like to see an extra person in the ARC as we will be included in the programming for that day. If you are available and willing to lend a hand, please let me know.
