an ARC meeting
Hello ARC Volunteers,
First off, thank you so much for your patience throughout the past month or so. Adjusting to this new position has taken a bit of juggling, and your understanding has been so appreciated.
Down to business, I would really love to hold an ARC meeting within the next month to discuss projects, things that may need to be changed, etc. Everyone’s schedule varies, so I’ve offered two different times [within one day]. We’ll meet at the time that works best for the majority. Knowing this won’t work for everyone’s schedule, if you’re unable to attend I will be sending out an email covering everything discussed, so no worries if you’re working or out of town when we meet.
