Hello ARC Volunteers!

Below you will find July’s ARC schedule. Also, as a courtesy to my co-worker, Ryan Branchini, I have included an early volunteer request. The rest of the requests will be sent out on Friday, but the one I’ve included today is fairly urgent. Let me know if you are interested in volunteering your help during our Summer Camp program! You are also welcome to pass along this volunteer opportunity to anyone you know who is looking for a great, hands-on volunteer opportunity.

Summer Camp Volunteer Opportunity: We still need volunteers to help with our exciting glass summer camps from 8:30 am–5:30 pm on the dates provided below. Campers will be working on various hands-on art projects in the classroom and there are several field trips planned, including to the Museum of Glass and Tacoma Glassblowing Studio. Volunteers will assist in checking-in campers and their families, with art projects and clean-up, and field trips. If you want to help create engaging and memorable experiences for our campers, while learning about glass, please contact Ryan Branchini, Museum Educator, at RBranchini@TacomaArtMuseum.org

 

Glass Mania

Session 1: Tuesday – Friday, July 16 – 19, Ages 9 – 11

Session 2: Tuesday – Friday, July 23 – 26, Ages 12 – 14
