FW: Tacoma Art Museum ARC Shifts for December

Hello ARC Volunteers!

Another plea for filling of ARC shifts…

Shifts open in December:

Tuesday afternoons from 1:30 – 5pm could use an additional support person with Nancy December 4, 11, 18 & 25

Friday mornings need a regularly scheduled back-up with Deborah 10 am – 1:30 pm December 7, 14, 21 & 28

Saturdays, December 8, 22 and 29 needs the afternoons filled 1:30 – 5 pm

Sunday, December 23, 12 – 5 pm

(Please note that these weekend shifts are not yet filled by anyone - which means that the doors will be shut and locked unless we can fill them. There are several of you who are not yet on the schedule for December so please consider helping out with one of these shifts.)

 

We have an ARC potluck meeting scheduled on Thursday, December 4 from 6 – 8 pm. Please RSVP if you are planning to attend. Suggestions for what to bring to the potluck? Potluck suggestions: main dishes or side dishes/salads are preferred.
