Tacoma Art Museum ARC Shifts for December

Hello ARC Volunteers!

First, a couple of reminders:

1) We have an ARC potluck meeting scheduled on Thursday, December 4 from 6 – 8 pm. Please RSVP if you are planning to attend. This will be our last meeting of 2007. The next meeting will be in March. Suggestions for what to bring to the potluck? Potluck suggestions: main dishes or side dishes/salads are preferred if you are vacillating between that or a dessert item. That worked out well last time so we will try it again.

Also, please let me know if there are any topics that you would like to see covered. So far, we are planning to talk about…

2) We are closed on Christmas Day, Tuesday, December 25. Happy Day!

 

Shifts open in December:

Tuesday afternoons from 1:30 – 5pm could use an additional support person with Nancy December 4, 11, 18 & 25

Friday mornings need a regularly scheduled back-up with Deborah 10 am – 1:30 pm December 7, 14, 21 & 28

Saturdays, December 22 and 29 need the afternoons filled 1:30 – 5 pm

Sunday, December 23, 12 – 5 pm

Please note that the Tuesdays and Fridays offer the opportunity for someone to claim a regular shift.

 

Finally, I will be out of the office from Wednesday, November 21 – Sunday, November 25. Happy Thanksgiving to you all!
