Tacoma Art Museum Artist Resource Center: TAM ARC: Changes, Updates, and Shift Needs

Hello ARC Volunteers-

I hope that the holidays have been kind to you all and that you are feeling well-rested.

I have a special New Year surprise for you: NEW SHELF-READING ASSIGNMENTS! I have attached a copy of the new layout and will put a copy in each of your files with your assigned shelves highlighted. If it has been a while and you haven't been checking your previous shelves (I know this is true of some of you!) feel free to review the instructions on shelf-reading in the manual or on the cork board in the back office. I am also happy to go over it with you too if you need a bit more help. A couple of you didn't have shelves assigned before but you have now been added. Please make an effort to review this info and keep your shelves in good order.

I also still have some January shifts that need to be filled:

Saturday, January 7 1:30 – 5 pm

Thursday, January 12 1:30 – 5 pm

Saturday, January 14 1:30 – 5 pm

Friday, January 20 10 am – 1:30 pm

Thursday, January 26 1:30 – 5 pm

Friday, January 27 10 am – 1:30 pm AND 1:30 – 5 pm
