Hello ARC Volunteers-

Below is our list of projects along with the volunteers that I think are working on them. I need you to correct me if you see your name in an incorrect area or if you have been doing the activity and you don't see your name listed. For the rest of you…if you see a highlighted project that you would like to help with, let me know. We have some projects going by the wayside that could use your support.

Artist Files - General	File clippings, create new artist files, input to catalog	Todd Larsen
Artist Files - Biographical Research	Biographical research for inclusion in artist files	Linda Gaines
Gallery/Museum Files	File clippings, create new files	Marcia Batchelor
Current Exhibition Displays	Research upcoming exhibitions and select/create materials for end cap displays from collection, acquisition of relevant material	Sarah Berkley
Research periodical articles for Artist Files	Go through magazines and look for NW artists for inclusion in artist files
Kiosk Management	Keep stocked with current exhibition materials, cull outdated materials, develop and maintain an organizational system
Cataloging	Check for duplicates, upload into Librarycom, label books	Alan Medak, Casey Jackson, & Todd Larsen, with Marcia Batchelor- Backup
Teacher Resources	Keep track of teacher materials, work with Manager of School, Teacher, and Docent programs to acquire materials	Keith Terrano
Book Repairs	Research process and repair materials in collection	Alan Medak
Children's Books	Keep children's books tidy and organized. Place books out for display that correspond to exhibitions, when possible. Research books that may be appropriate for upcoming exhibitions.	Sarah Berkley
