TAM ARC: Literacy Month Book Sale Help

Hello ARC Volunteers-

It is that time of the year again – LITERACY MONTH BOOK SALE! I could really use your help selling some books too. We will have 4 tables of books set up in the lobby and I need 2 volunteers for each of the shifts listed below. Please let me know if I can count on you to cover a shift. If you are already scheduled in the ARC, I need you there so this is going out to all others.

Literacy Month Book Sale Volunteers needed, Thursday, March 15

2 Check-out volunteers from 10 am – 1:30 pm, 1:30 – 5 pm, and 5 – 8:30 pm (will also help load up leftover books)

Contact: Jana Wennstrom at JWennstrom@TacomaArtMuseum.org or 253.272.4258 x3030.

Also, we need bags for the books once they are sold. If you have any bags to donate, please bring them to the ARC or to my desk.

Finally, I want to ask that you leave the office door in the ARC unlocked at all times now. We have been having problems with the lock and the key is getting stuck. To prevent breaking the key and all the turmoil that would follow, please DO NOT LOCK THE DOOR TO THE BACK OFFICE.

Thank you for all that you do for Tacoma Art Museum!

-Jana
