FYI - TAM ARC

ARC Volunteers-

We are offering a new service in the ARC during the duration of The Great American Thing. We have an audio tour available that can be downloaded from iTunes to personal listening devices from the ARC, or from home computers. There are instructions on how this can be done next to both computers and one on the clipboard. I have also saved the document to H:\Education\Education Shared\Art Resource Center in the network and it is called “Directions for iTunes.” The individual wanting to upload the information should be able to do so using the directions so you shouldn’t need to assist. Nonetheless, please read the instructions just so you are aware (even though it may sound like gobbledygook to you).

I just wanted you all to know that this has come about today so that you wouldn’t be too surprised on your next shift. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks to those of you who were here for last Tuesday’s training!
