ARC Volunteers' Monthly Meeting

Monthly ARC Volunteers’ Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 8 from 10-12! Remember, we’re asking folks to commit to 6 of these meetings in the coming year. They’re scheduled on the 2^nd Tuesday of each Odd month and the 2^nd Saturday of each Even month. All meetings are scheduled for 10-12. For your convenience the days and times are:

The special topic for November’s meeting is – On-going training. We will be discussing the various ways that reference questions can be answered. We’ll use some of the examples of questions we’ve received this past month.

The first 45 minutes will be on-going business:

Room re-arrangement – questions and comments and next steps

Weeding of the collection

Progress on Artist Files and problems the work there is creating for people manning the desk

Other issues of concerns to volunteers – if you have a topic you wish to discuss, let Linda or Rich know so we have time on the agenda to discuss.
